It contains a more detailed discussion with guidance for organizations procuring, providing, publishing and/or using IT systems to deliver information, services and citizen engagement.
The purpose of this part is to provide a more detailed examination of various aspects of implementing bilingual applications. It continues on from the Overview (Part 1) but stops short of providing specific technical guidance, which is covered in Part 3.
The main audience is non-technical, involved with the implementation and use of bilingual applications. It will be of particular interest to those responsible for websites and social media.
