Enforcement Policy

 
The Welsh Language Commissioner’s Enforcement Policy is a statutory document prepared in accordance with section 108 of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011. This document sets out advice and information on the Commissioner’s intended approach to the exercise of her functions under Part 5 of the Measure (Enforcement of Standards).
 
The policy’s main target audience are those relevant persons (or the organizations) required to comply with standards in relation to the Welsh language. The policy is also relevant to the public, and anyone wishing to make a complaint to the Commissioner on the alleged conduct of a relevant person.
