The Commissioner may be contacted to express a concern or to submit a complaint an individual may have regarding the service provided.

How to express a concern or submit a complaint
- By telephone
- Speak to a member of the Welsh Language Commissioner’s staff who deals with complaints, stating that you wish the complaint to be dealt with formally
- Send an e-mail
- Write a letter
Complaints about the actions of the Welsh Language Commissioner will not be accepted via any social networks.
This procedure has been prepared in accordance with Section 14 of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011.
